Radio 73, side A, track 7: “Rock You Like A Hurricane” by Scorpions

Scorpions - Rock You Like A HurricaneOh, Scorpions, as a kid I’d only recorded two of your songs, but it was enough for me to know that you were the shit.  This was not one of them.  Had it been, I’d REALLY know you were the shit.  It wasn’t until I listened to this one that I realized that you weren’t from the U.S.  After some quick digging, turns out you’re from Germany.  No shit, Scorpions.  I also discovered the cover to your album “Virgin Killer”.  So I’m very torn on how to feel about you right now.  I think I’m going to just try to un-see that, pretend none of that happened and let y’all rock me like a hurricane.  Except that’s a euphemism. . .

I’m just going to listen to this song again and not think about things.
