Oh, Europe, 
if someone asked me to describe you, I’d kind of have to say, “Well, they’re a rock band.” Because that’s what you are. When you think of a generic rock band in a movie from the ’80’s, I’d bet the look and the sound that pops into one’s head would be you, Europe. Now don’t misunderstand me, Europe, I’m not saying generic in a derogatory term. Far from it. As a kid, I grew up eating generic potato chips and I drank generic soda and I bathed with generic soap. And you know what? I loved them. I would sit in my dad’s recliner and eat a whole box of those generic potato chips in one go. And if I found a burnt one in there, which were my faves, well, that was just an added bonus, kind of like “The Final Countdown” is when listening to your stuff. You guys knew how to rock, and maybe you didn’t capture my attention like Guns N’ Roses or Poison or Def Leppard, but if I could sit down and eat a box of generic chips and listen to “Superstitious” a few times, that was a pretty darn good day.
